SHIPPING POLICY

DELIVERY AREA

DermaGlow SA currently delivers to physical addresses throughout South Africa.

Please provide a complete and accurate street address, postal code and contact number when placing your order. We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAME

Processing and Delivery Times

Orders require 1–5 business days to be processed. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, delivery takes approximately 3–5 business days.

Please allow an estimated total of 4–10 business days from the date your order is placed. Business days exclude weekends and South African public holidays.

Kindly note: Orders placed during sales, promotions or periods of high demand may take longer to process and deliver.

SHIPPING FEES

Standard delivery is complimentary on orders of R1 000 or more after discounts have been applied.

A standard delivery fee, displayed at checkout, applies to orders below R1 000.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been collected by our courier, tracking information will be sent to the email address or mobile number provided at checkout.

Please allow a short period for the courier’s tracking information to become active.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES AND MISSED DELIVERIES

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their delivery information is correct before completing an order.

Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee that the delivery address can be changed. Additional courier charges may apply if an order needs to be redirected or delivered again because of an incorrect address or an unsuccessful delivery attempt.

DELIVERY DELAYS

If your parcel is delayed or the tracking information has not been updated, please contact DermaGlow SA through our Contact page. Include your order number so that we can assist you as quickly as possible.

DAMAGED OR MISSING PARCELS

If your parcel arrives damaged, incomplete or appears to be missing, please contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs where applicable. We will investigate the matter with the courier and assist with the appropriate resolution.
